A comprehensive feasibility study will help you make your decision. We then turn your wishes into reality with sound project and plant planning – always accompanied by professional project and construction site management. Through targeted training, we ensure that you are familiar with the processes and have the necessary know-how.
Maintenance and regular servicing are crucial for the longevity of your plant. We are here to support you both virtually and on site. High-quality spare parts are provided promptly.
Through process optimization or modernization projects, we help you increase productivity, efficiency, and quality. We therefore offer you not only support, but also the certainty that your investment will generate maximum benefits in the long term.
Feasibility studies can be carried out for new projects, project extensions, plant retrofits, but also for independent assessments and financing purposes. They usually start with a concept study, which is later expanded into comprehensive investigations including FEED or basic engineering.
We make your individual project possible with tailor-made solutions! KAISER offers basic and detailed engineering, including mechanical and electrical planning as well as process automation. The projects are planned in-house by KAISER’s experienced designers using modern 3D CAD systems.
We don’t just plan, we also take care of the entire project management. Over the course of its 50-year history, KAISER has successfully completed a number of EPCM and turnkey projects in Central Europe. KAISER’s engineers specialize in supporting customers with project management for new plants or the modernization of existing plants. The goal is to get the plants up and running as quickly as possible in order to ramp up production within the shortest possible time. To this end, teams of experts consisting of experienced fitters, technicians, and electricians work for you on site.
Do you want to ensure that your operating personnel are specially trained for your plant and have the necessary technological expertise? KAISER provides the expertise and technology, from raw materials to the finished product, with a focus on increasing productivity and efficiency as well as improving quality. Fact-finding studies are used to identify potential for improvement, evaluate potential for cost reduction, and agree on specific goals. During the subsequent creation of the know-how documentation, the relevant technology is documented in detail and later implemented with technical support from KAISER experts on site.
KAISER offers technical support in the areas of project management, engineering, mechanics, electrics, and automation for all KAISER systems and system components. After acceptance and expiration of the warranty period, we offer our customers specific service and maintenance work to provide them with ongoing support and keep their systems up to date. During an on-site “plant inspection,” specialists analyze the entire plant and control system to ensure proper operation. In order to identify any problems, we offer a visual inspection of all electrical and mechanical components, as well as a review of safety and emergency functions.
The KAISER service department supplies consumables, spare parts, and industrial equipment for concrete mixing plants.
Your plant is getting on in years and no longer state-of-the-art? KAISER supports you with extensive process expertise and years of experience in identifying weak points and subsequently implementing the necessary improvements. The aim here is to better exploit the potential of the plants and processes with a small investment volume.
Once the assessment has been successfully completed, we can develop proposals for improving productivity, efficiency, and quality. KAISER then takes care of the corresponding implementation and provides impetus for sustained profitability.
