Weighing belts – precision for your recipe

Our weighing belts combine conveying and accurate weighing in a single system. They are essential for recipe-controlled material mixing – e.g., in concrete plants, mixing systems, or processing plants.

  • Continuous or batch-accurate weighing during the ongoing conveying process
  • Traceability for each material component for quality assurance
  • Seamless integration into control and management systems
  • Highest accuracy even with coarse, fine, or abrasive materials

Residual concrete recycling

Efficient processing with KAISER recycling screw

At KAISER, we focus on sustainable and practical solutions for recycling returned concrete. At the heart of our system is our specially developed KAISER recycling screw, which is optimally tailored to the requirements of the concrete industry thanks to its robust and innovative design.

The recycling screw reliably separates the returned fresh concrete into water, sand, and gravel. Interchangeable Hardox spiral wear elements are available on request, ensuring maximum durability and easy maintenance. The plant can be designed flexibly and is suitable for processing both truck mixer returns and concrete pump residues.

Our KAISER mixing plants are directly connected to the recycling plant: the wash water from the mixer and hopper cleaning is fed into the recycling plant, where it is treated and then reused – thus creating a virtually closed water cycle.

Optionally, the recycling plant can be equipped with a hydrocyclone that continuously monitors water quality and particle density. For the highest demands on water treatment, a filter press or centrifuge is also available to optimally clean the wash water and further reduce environmental impact.

Alloying as a process

what our technology makes possible

In steel production, it is not only the choice of alloy that is decisive, but also when, where, and how it is added. Our systems enable:

  • Reproducible steel qualities in accordance with standards (e.g., DIN EN 10025, EN 10210)
  • Finely adjusted microalloys (e.g., vanadium, titanium, niobium, or boron)
Efficient material utilization by minimizing bulk material losses
  • Automated process flows with connection to ERP or SCADA systems

Who we work for

Our customers are steelworks, smelting plants, plant manufacturers, and metallurgical companies that value the highest quality, investment security, and technical durability. We supply both new plants and retrofits and modernizations of existing systems.
