Residual concrete recycling
Efficient processing with KAISER recycling screw
At KAISER, we focus on sustainable and practical solutions for recycling returned concrete. At the heart of our system is our specially developed KAISER recycling screw, which is optimally tailored to the requirements of the concrete industry thanks to its robust and innovative design.
The recycling screw reliably separates the returned fresh concrete into water, sand, and gravel. Interchangeable Hardox spiral wear elements are available on request, ensuring maximum durability and easy maintenance. The plant can be designed flexibly and is suitable for processing both truck mixer returns and concrete pump residues.
Our KAISER mixing plants are directly connected to the recycling plant: the wash water from the mixer and hopper cleaning is fed into the recycling plant, where it is treated and then reused – thus creating a virtually closed water cycle.
Optionally, the recycling plant can be equipped with a hydrocyclone that continuously monitors water quality and particle density. For the highest demands on water treatment, a filter press or a centrifuge are also available to optimally clean the washing water and further reduce the environmental impact.

Special equipment for stabilization
Reliable solution for difficult materials
In addition to our classic concrete and mixing plants, Kaiser also develops and builds highly specialized special plants for stabilizing and binding fine-grained and difficult-to-handle materials such as dust, sludge, or other bulk materials.
In these plants, the materials are specifically mixed, conditioned, and stabilized with binding agents so that they can then be safely and permanently stored in landfills or mine shafts. Contaminated or polluted materials can also be processed – our systems are designed to meet the highest safety requirements.
For emission-free operation, our special plants can be supplied in dust-suppressing or completely enclosed designs. Depending on the project requirements, we plan and implement the appropriate technology – individually tailored to the properties of the input material, the desired stabilization effect, and the local conditions.
Benefit from our many years of experience in the processing and treatment of problematic materials – with sophisticated technology, robust construction, and maximum operational safety.
